The 2010 CPR for Family & Friends course teaches lay rescuers to recognize and treat life-threatening emergencies. Included is CPR for the adult, child and infant, barrier devices, relief of obstructed airway, and recognition of an acute stroke. This course is intended for lay personnel apt to be first responders, people in non-healthcare situations. Prior to the class, you will receive a CPR for Family & Friends text. Please review and bring the manual to class with you. Pre-registration is required. BryanLGH Medical Center employees may attend at no charge. (EMPLOYEES MUST REGISTER THROUGH ULEARN.)
