Begin your journey through birth and beyond with this family-centered childbirth series. Create a positive experience and learn to take an active role in the birth and care of your baby. Topics include: labor process, pain management, c-sections, basic breathing and relaxation, role of birth coach, mother post-partum care, initial baby care, and tour. Classes are usually taken during the sixth or seventh month of pregnancy.
This is a three-week session. The class dates are Monday, March 8, 15, 22. The class meets from 7:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Cost is $65 per couple. Please click "Register Now" to register.
