This course is intended for expectant parents who plan to go through childbirth without an epidural or other pain medication. We recommend the Essentials of Birth and Baby Care class as a pre-requisite.
This is a one-night class. The class date is Wednesday, March 24. The class meets from 7:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Cost is $15 per couple. Please click "Register Now" to register.
