Infant Massage

Infant massage provides a unique opportunity for parents to bond with their babies and stimulate blood flow, aid digestion, ease constipation, and help with muscle relaxation. Join Mary Seger-Barker, MSN, RN, Certified Infant Massage Instructor, to learn more about proper techniques and the benefits of infant massage. This class is designed for expectant parents. Participants are asked to bring a stuffed animal to class to practice massage techniques. Participants receive a laminated set of reference cards and a small bottle of massage oil.

This is a one-night class. The class date is Wednesday, March 10. The class meets from 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Cost is $20 per couple. Please click "Register Now" to register.
