BryanLGH Home Health Care employees are fully qualified, meeting professional, federal and state requirements. They are specially trained to provide a smooth transition from the hospital or skilled nursing facility.

Eligibility
You are eligible for home health care if you are:
- Under a physician’s care with a current medical problem
- Homebound (a Medicare requirement)
- Need intermittent visits
- Require a registered nurse or therapist
Payment Sources
Payment for home health care is covered by:
- Medicare/Medicaid
- Many private health insurance policies
- Private sources

Referrals for home health care can be made by physicians, nurses, family members or anyone concerned with the patient’s well-being. If you or someone you care about needs home health care, call BryanLGH home health care at 402-481-2900. Office hours are 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. A nurse is on call 24 hours a day to speak with you if you have questions.
