Key Facts
StarCare is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We bring the critical care experience necessary to transport seriously injured or ill patients. When time is of the essence, air transport may be the best choice for patients. We seek not to replace local ground EMS services, but to be an effective, safe, fast and reliable alternative. Some situations when air transport is especially appropriate is when the weather adversely affects ground times, or when local EMS staff personnel are unable to leave their area because of staff availability.
